Prayer for Strength after the loss of a loved one. Today has been a difficult day, O Lord, I feel as if I can’t go on. The loss I feel is so strong, it is almost tangible to me. I have had thoughts that I know are wrong. I feel as if the loss of my loved one has left me empty and drained, so much so that I didn’t want to be here anymore. I need you, my daddy, I need your strength, and I need you to preserve my mind and my body.
