This might be the best dad punishment ever! One cheeky pop decided to lay down the law on his daughter in the most hilarious way.
15-year-old Madelynn was caught sneaking boys into a sleepover, leading to her father getting creative with his punishment.
Tawnya Ford and Larry Sumpter took a novel approach to punishment. They allowed Madelynn to choose how she would be punished. They offered the choice of between a month without a phone or two weeks without her phone with her parents controlling her social media.
Seeing an easy way out, Madelynn selected two weeks without her phone. In choosing that punishment, her social media accounts fell under the control of her parents.

What followed was dad turning the punishment into is very own performance platform. Texas-based Larry took over on her social and turned into a major comedian across various platforms.

Hitting her Instagram, he took selfies with silly captions such as “felt cute, might delete later”. On TikTok, Larry took his jokes even further by dressing in a crop top and jean shorts and dancing in a video clip.

However, Larry’s antics have also had a surprise result. Madelynn has seen the popularity of her social media accounts skyrocket. It turns out Larry is a social star, even becoming popular with his daughter’s school friends.
Mum Tawnya told Today: “After the first day, Madelynn was like ‘I changed my mind, I choose the one month’.
“Larry told her, ‘No, I’m too invested. I have too many ideas. We’re sticking with the two weeks.
“He’s loving it. I think he’s gonna make his own TikTok account when this over.”
