A new study has discovered what are the best dog breeds based on a person’s star sign.
Many people often wonder what the best dog breeds are. Now, a new study is showing which dog breeds are best for the different star signs of the year.
For example, those born under the Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces signs are well-matched with “fun and affectionate” dogs, such as Chihuahuas and Greyhounds. All these dogs help to balance out the emotional side of people born on those months.
Furthermore, Leos have a reputation for being “brave”, so, dogs such as St Bernard’s will connect with their “heroic” side.

As for Virgos, people born under this sign have the trait of being hardworking. As such, dogs with similar traits, such as husky, will match well.

The study was conducted by pet food retailer Webbox Naturals. According to Camilla Ashforth, Senior Brand Manager for the company, the study is just a bit of fun. However, she says Webbox Naturals wants the results to allow potential dog owners to better select which doggy might be best for them.
‘Pet ownership is a wonderful and amazing experience, but when bringing home a dog, you really do have to think about every aspect of your life and how owning a dog will fit into this – from the size of your home, garden and monthly budget, not just your zodiac sign.
‘We love dogs of all shapes and sizes. We would urge any potential dog owners to consider adopting a dog from one of the many rescue centers across the UK and beyond before bringing a new dog home.’
