Set reminders to go for that run, keep track of all the positive dietary changes you’re making, write it down, make a note of it. That way there is not only physical evidence of the change you want to bring about, but also a great reminder.

Don’t make your resolution “Save two million dollars” if you only make $45,000 a year! Keep it simple, and you’ll be making minor, as well as life changing resolutions that last!

3: Give it Time!

There are lots of resolutions that can take a long amount of time. Losing twenty pounds, or getting out of living paycheck to paycheck doesn’t happen overnight! Be diligent, stick with it, as well as give it time to change!
